Introduction

The subject of lighting is vast and can be daunting, especially when you need to get it right but lack the knowledge or experience to know where to begin! At Lighting Enterprises Consultancy & Associates we know that understanding the difference between ‘energy efficient’ lighting and ‘energy effective’ lighting is essential to the design and achievement of a successful scheme. Initially there are some basic principles and criteria that must be adhered to in order to achieve successful ‘Energy Effective’ lighting design.

Over the past 25years we have fine-tuned our methodology to assist our clients create well-lit environments, a reduce energy use and maintenance costs. The objective of our training sessions is to teach you to understand the requirements of any lighting application and through understanding our criteria this can be achieved.  Once understood it will provide you with the foundation for future and further learning or professional development.
